From Sunday morning....

This post features our Valentine's Day breakfast.


Just out of the oven - this recipe from my files of many years ago!


Using a pan that I've had for years and years (there are those who follow this blog who will remember this one), I also came up with these - 


They are from this recipe - 


I omitted the ham specified in the recipe so these would be appropriate for the vegetarians in the family.:-) Also, I halved the recipe for our purposes.

Leftovers?  Always good to have around!
