From the United Methodist Women Prayer Calendar for today, we have the mission focus.  It is the Wesley Community Center in Houston, Texas.

    Yes it will Nellie. I'll be working cutting over a hundred pies for our church supper with my faithful working companion Margaret. I'm still a bit under the weather but I'm feeling much better from this nasty chest cold.

    Yes, this is the only way to TRUE peace! Also, I'm reminded of the verse from Psalms that says that if we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will give us the desires of our hearts. Now, THAT's a sure way to get our prayers answered! I hope your SONday is going smoothly, Sister!
