My special winter project is to stay warm and out of trouble! The Husband is most ambitious, and I hope the desired conclusion will be reached, although I still prefer carpet. He did a really great job on the hallway, so I'm sure this will also be beautiful when he's done! Have a marvelous Monday afternoon, Sister!
Nellie, We just did some of our winter project...shoveling snow !! LOL. Driveways clear again. icy snow off the gutters...to prevent ice dams. I love the wood floor , can't wait to see it all done. Some times I think I would love carpet...then other times. I like the wood floors. It is good for men to have things to keep them busy and out from under foot. LOL. Ooh, have fun! I love hardwood floors. My parents have pulled up a lot of the the carpeting in their past couple houses to refinish the hardwood floors underneath. What a great winter project.
Oh Nellie, I love your wood floor... so much nicer than carpets. The wood always looks so classy. I've removed all the carpeting from my house years ago and I so much prefer it that way. I only use small area rug for accent. A great winter project. Hugs. JB
Last winter was wood floor time -- at least replacement time. This winter is decluttering time. I'd like to paint the kitchen a little later in the year and want to get rid of lots of things I don't use anymore.
Banned complain !! Complaining only causes life and mind become more severe. Enjoy the rhythm of the problems faced. No matter ga life, not a problem not learn, so enjoy it :)
