Out and about....

We've had some lovely days recently, and I went out and about into our yard.


I can never remember the name of this!  I love it because it blooms both in the late spring and early fall.


The Burning Bush (I think) has tiny blooms!


The azaleas are blooming beautifully!


The snowball bush is full!  


Even the white azalea bush is blooming!  This is better than we had last year!  I was ready for it to be cut down!  


The asparagus has been really good, too!  (Yes, I know! There are weeds in the asparagus patch!)

    You all are ahead of us... Our Azaleas are just getting started here... Yours are SO pretty... BUT--our Irises are amazing right now. The Tulips are gone though...

    Today is around seventy which is nice, but I feel chilled, and don't want to wash the kitchen windows, which I really should do. Hmmm. We'll see. I'm glad your white azalea came back.

    You make me want to eat asparagus.

    Here if it wasn't from the late evenings and the blossoming trees, it would very much feel like autumn.

    I love fresh asparagus. My father in law used to grow some in his big garden and I could go pick some. Very tasty. Your flowering bushes are so pretty. Could it be a Wiglia?

    Everything looks so lush and beautiful! Your asparagus looks YUMMY! We have blooms finally and the trees are getting tiny leaves. Yippee for spring green. Happy May 1st!
