Growing things....

Our lone peony is really looking good!

Lilies in bloom.

More lilies.

Cilantro in bloom!

Our bushes are full of blueberries to ripen!

Potatoes that were planted the last Friday in March.

Tomato plants that will give us some lovely red jewels this summer.

Squash and zucchini plants.

Green beans coming up.

Thornless blackberries in bloom.
It seems like a good time to share some pictures of what we have growing here.  The Husband has been working hard in the garden, and we are hopeful of a good harvest this season.

Once again it has been a busy time around here, and I am definitely lagging behind in my blogging.  I am hopeful of doing a little "catching up" today.:-)

Today is Derby Day, Cinco de Mayo, and there is to be a full moon tonight!  How are YOU celebrating?

I appreciate you for reading, and really enjoy your comments!

Next post - as time allows.:-)

  4. You and The Husband do have some very green thumbs! Looks like you'll have a good harvest as everything ripens, and I see a bit of canning and freezing in your future! Great job!

  10. Your garden is beginning to look wonderful. If it were here it would be gone right now thanks to a herd of deer living practically in our back yard. My neighbor finally put a big chain link fence around hers and it truly has made a difference. I so admire you and your husband for your gardening efforts and know you will reap much from all your labors.
