Happy Thursday to everyone! In case you are interested, I am still having connectivity problems with the computer!:-( There are times when I am unable to access some of your blogs. Then, if I am able to access them, there are times I am unable to comment. I wait and wait, then receive the message that the connection has timed out, whatever THAT means! I will have to make time in a few days to see what can be done to make it work as it did at the beginning.
We have been having beautiful fall weather! The temperatures have been cooler, and we even had the thermostat set overnight for the heat to come on if needed. Well, I heard it during the night, then again this morning!
Changes in the temperature bring about changes in our wardrobe.:-) Have any of you been sorting through clothes to be sure you have things in order for the cooler weather? I have been doing a little - not much, mind you, but enough so that I have a couple of things to share with you.

These scarves have actually never been used. I have shown them folded in fourths. If you are interested in either of the scarves, leave a comment mentioning which one, and I will include your name in a drawing on Sunday night, for announcing on the blog on Monday, October 14 - Columbus Day! Please specify which one - or both, if that is the case - is of interest to you. There will be two winners!
Thank you for reading. I really appreciate your comments.
Oh, those computer connections can be maddening!! I hope yours get straightened out soon!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a lovely collection of scarves that I'm not surprised to know that there are some you have never worn! I also have some that I have not worn, so I'll pass on the opportunity to win either of these beautiful selections.
We have not turned our heat on yet, and these cooler nights and early mornings provide some really restful sleep here. Enjoy your day!
It's been cooler here as well (finally) and I have broken out the long sleeves for the first time :)
ReplyDeleteI have had the same problems off and on. I haven't been able to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get your problem fixed soon. Have a lovely Thursday.
It may be your modem..... or a corroded connection on the wires outside.
ReplyDeleteWhat our computer technician told us to try when this happens is to turn off the computer, then unplug it and plug it back in, then start your computer. Hope that this will fix the problem, if not, you will need a computer technician.
Have a lovely day.
Hugs,
JB
I hope you get the computer problem all straightened out.
ReplyDeleteI love the first scarf. Please include my name in your drawing. Thank you!
Nellie, Both of the scarves look vintage. I'd like to be included in your drawing. Yes, we too have had terrible connection problems. Today I could not get the internet connection. Then on our way to town, I spotted the phone men, in the ditch down the road..they had switched us to a fiber-optic line...so we were without phone lines for a while. I have dsl for internet. Hope it's better from now on. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteSo sorry ti hear about your problems, they can be so maddening!
ReplyDeleteI Love both the scarves, but if I had my choice I'd pick the second - Gorgeous with a capital G!!
Thanks for the opportunity!
Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your computer problems Nellie. Nee is having problems with her computer too. she even asked me to let others know so they don't think she forgot them:)

I'm a fan of #1. I love floral scarves and it looks like it would match my jacket, which would be a nice touch of color. Many thanks for doing the giveaway.
