Getting there....

The flooring project is moving right along.  I would say it is about 2/3 finished.

This portion remains to be completed.  There is one strip of carpet still in place.

This is the final piece of carpet to be removed.

This is where the flooring meets the kitchen vinyl.  It was just a bit of a challenge finding the piece that would be appropriate for the transition from hardwood to vinyl.

I have commented to someone that the only help I am is to suggest that he might want to do the living room floor next.:-)  I'm not sure this winter will be long enough for that.:-)

Have a tip-top Thursday!

  1. I'm glad I stopped in the office for a few minutes while my tea is warming. I'm glad that the floor project is almost done. It looks so nice. The transition to another type of flooring is looking good.

I think that winter will be long enough here but I don't know about at your place. haha.

You'll have to celebrate the completion of this project with a nice meal.

    All the best.
    Hugs,
    JB
