The cranberry seems to be the "berry of the season." Here are some ways we have been enjoying this tart, but tasty berry. We have homemade cranberry sauce, homemade cranberry bread, and homemade cranberry relish. The color of cranberry juice is most appropriate for this season. Have you tried to eat the cranberries without any sugar added? That's not too popular around here.:-) The cranberry casserole has a topping similar to that of an apple crisp. It is good served warm, with some whipped topping.
