Always good....

Sara McKeefer - if you are reading, I am waiting to have your mailing address so I might be able to send you the book in which you were interested!  Email me at: intimeforbreakfast@gmail.com.

You may have seen this before -

It was baked in honor of George Washington's birthday, which was a number of days ago.  The recipe came from a Pillsbury advertising insert from either the newspaper or a magazine.

It is easy to see that I didn't use a two-crust pastry, but made it cobbler-like instead.

Frozen cranberries were used for this, and they worked very well!

Wishes for a Terrific Tuesday are coming your way!

  5. Hubby and at least one of my boys (that I know of) LOVE cherries and I think all of us like cranberries. I'm not a cherry fan, but even I will say that looks delicious!

  8. Well, I'm VERY late getting to read this, but I must say that it looks worth waiting for! I'll have to try this one, for sure, as my hubby is especially fond of cherries, and we both like cranberries as well! Thank you for presenting yet another temptation to me! Love you, Sister! :-)
