The past few weeks have included much time spent in preparations. As with many of you, there are a few other people around our place these days! One thing I did to prepare for them was, of course, do some cooking in advance. I am most excited about this:

Turkey Lasagna! |
Here it is, all assembled and ready to slip in the oven to bake!
The recipe for this comes from Susan Branch's "Christmas" book. Recipe to follow in a few days. Our pace is really picking up around here.:-) Posting might be a bit irregular for the rest of the week.
Thanks for reading! I appreciate your comments.
I'm sure that turkey lasagna was wonderful! I will definitely understand if you don't have time for a daily posting until things settle a bit. Enjoy every minute you have with your precious family!

I love lasagna! I wish I had room to put things, so I could cook in advance. That's always a big issue around here, during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
