Volunteers....

Happy Monday to you!  Once again the week-end seemed to pass all too quickly.  Do you have a good week planned?

I shared a picture of the outside of part of our church building in the previous post.  While some of the work on the property is tended to by a professional, much of the maintenance for other areas is done by volunteers from our church.  I think they do a wonderful job!

What kind of flower is this?

Is anyone able to answer my question?  I am not sure what this might be.  The two pictures at the top come from the front lawn of the church.

We did not receive the rain that had been predicted earlier, so the week-end was largely sunny and free of clouds.

Thank you for reading.  I really appreciate your comments.

  1. The church grounds are beautiful, and those volunteers do what they do because they love to work in the soil to produce lovely things for everyone to enjoy! I do not know what those white flowers are, but I've shared your entry with my Facebook friends, and I'm sure we'll get an answer sometime today, even if your other followers cannot help you. Have a wonderful Monday!

  11. Glad you found out what the white flowers are- I didn't have a clue. I have not seen anything like them here. You need some weeding elves to help with all those little bitty weeds- but the placements and choices are just wonderful! Your volunteers do good work! Have nothing major planned for this week, just waiting to see what the weather is going to do. We didn't get the rain like they said either, but had the clouds. Had to water last night. Could have thunderstorms today and tonight now, but I am not holding my breath. LOL
