Just in time....

Before the sub-freezing temperatures moved in, I took these pictures.

The knockout roses made it through the couple of episodes of frosty mornings, but I was taking no chances this time - especially with no warming trend expected for several days

I am not much of a flower arranger, but these have brought some cheer to the house, regardless. :-)

Take care, and stay warm!

  2. Nellie, I snipped off my last rose and brought it in also. Funny how cold it can be and a rose will pop out. It is beautifully sunny here so far. But snow is being predicted this evening and the next 3 days...hopefully not lots. I have gotten some warmer clothes out. LOL. Bless you, xoxo,Susie

  10. We've had cold weather, but not as cold as your weather. I was visiting friends over the weekend and noticed their geranium was blooming. Thankful for every day we have above freezing.
