Happy Friday to you! I hope the week-end has good things in store for you.
There are books for all seasons around here, and here are some special ones for Easter.

Some wonderful thoughts in this one! |

Children like these. |

One of my favorite children's books! |
|
Follow up the reading with the movie! |
|
Can't leave out lovable Charlie Brown! |
This is the week-end that many children will be enjoying Easter egg hunts. Will you be hiding eggs for any little ones to find? If so, I hope you have a great time with all the activity.
Thank you for reading. I appreciate your comments.
Nellie, I am going to have our granddaughter Emma for the whole weekend. She'll want me to help make crafts. I have a few Easter treats for her. I love your books too. I still love to read children's books. I like the colorful illustrations in the older books. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteCharlie Brown is always a favorite this holiday. As soon as the kitchen is cleaned up this morning, we're decorating eggs. The Easter bunny will be busy creating a scavenger hunt for the girls baskets later tonight.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a blessed Easter!
I remember those books from when my children were small.
ReplyDeleteLove the things you have around the house, for holidays!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteYour house must be a fun place for young ones, to visit. :-)
No little people around here, but I have fond memories of many Easters and egg-dyeing fun! Have a blessed day! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe Velveteen Rabbit is a favorite of mine too. A great book of wisdom.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter,
JB

The books (or are they considered magazines?) from Ideals are always so beautiful. If I had the money and room for them, I'd collect every single one that's ever been published and have an entire shelf (or how many shelves) of them. They're so sweet, and the writings and photos are always beautiful. ♥
