Give these a try....

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes!  All you need are three ingredients - a box of spice cake mix, a can of pumpkin (not pie fillling), and a 1/2 cup of cinnamon chips.  Mix together, spoon into a paper-lined muffin pan, and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Makes twelve.  Enjoy!

  2. Nellie, Those look good and sound better. LOL I would love one of those, no frosting, and a good cup of coffee. That should go in the church cookbook. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  4. Those look great. I didn't know that cinnamon chips existed, or that pumpkin could come in a can and not be pie filling. Look at everything I learn from you.

    Love,

  7. I am going to make these!! I already have some cinnamon chips. Got them to try in cookies instead of chocolate chips - didn't like them so I have extra.
