It was really nice to bring some of this back home following a Fellowship Coffee at church on Sunday! I used a packaged Hodgson Mills gluten-free cookie mix for the base. Whipped cream cheese - 8 oz. - with a Tablespoon of powdered sugar was a tasty topping underneath the fruit!
Oh, yummmmm! Yes, I would have been happy to take some of this home with me, too! I'm sure those leftovers have been enjoyed greatly! Have a terrific Tuesday, Sister! :-)
