These are two of the books that are being studied at United Methodist Women Mission u Events this summer.
I will be studying How Is It with Your Soul? during our Conference Mission u Event. That will give me one more book for the Reading Program Spiritual Growth category!
I'm a bit behind in my blog-visiting. Hopefully there will be a return to a good schedule for that in a few days.
Once more, I want to welcome new followers! I never dreamed that I would reach 105!
We are having beautiful days with cooler temperatures this week! Very unusual for the middle of July!
Thank you for reading. I really appreciate your comments.
Those books do look like some good reading and reflection material. Congrats on reaching some new readers on here, too! Have a fabulous Friday, Sister!

Enjoy the rest of your summer, including the reading. Susan
Nellie, You do a lot of reading and cooking. :):) I hope you are still having good weather. It's still cool here today..but they are saying it'll be warmer soon. Well I like this cooler weather. :) xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteThe hymn It is Well With My Soul, comes to mind. : )
ReplyDeleteWe are having cool temperatures too. This morning it was only 50 degrees.
Nellie, I too attended our Mission U event in Athens, Ga at the First UMC in that city. I did need a motel room and that was nearby. All our meals except breakfast were prepared by First Meth. I took the class on disabilities and it was excellent. One of the best studies I have attended.
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting lots of rain. I just looked out and it is raining again. Glad to hear you had a good Mission U too.
