Happy Tuesday! Is the week well underway for you?
When I took pictures the other day, I included some things besides vegetables.
|
A few strawberry blooms. |
|
I "rescued" this hydrangea, and it's doing great! |
|
Hopefully we will have some blueberries later! |
|
Beautiful buds on the peony. |
|
The snowball bush is the prettiest I remember! |
|
Some of the azaleas are struggling because of our colder than usual winter. |
|
I cannot remember the name of this. We have two, and they bloom again in the fall. |
|
White azaleas! | |

Yesterday I noticed that the knock-out roses are beginning to bloom! I'll try to take a picture of them one day.
I hope your day will be a good one!
Thank you for reading. I really appreciate your comments.
These are beautiful photos you shared with us today Nellie!! Strawberries, yum!!
ReplyDeleteIt appears that most of your lovely flowers have weathered the winter very well! VERY pretty! I hope the birds will leave some blueberries for the humans to enjoy this year.
ReplyDeleteWe have a friend whose knock-out rose is already looking really pretty, and I'm sure yours will outdo itself this year! Have a great day, Sister!
Everything is just so pretty Nellie.
ReplyDeleteOur Knock_out roses have come down with "Witches'Broom" the only thing you can do is burn them, it spreads so quickly.
Thanks for sharing all the beauty in your garden.

ReplyDeleteI love your flowers. I know it was a very cold winter but your flowers seem the brighter for it.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful day.
those are all very pretty photos!
ReplyDeleteHi Nellie , a wek or more and all your flowers will be reaching for the sun . Just lovely Nellie , thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteNellie, pretty, pretty flowers! Azaleas are gorgeous and your hydrangeas are beautiful, brilliant colors! Mine didn't bloom well last year, I think it's too shady there now and they need to be moved.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy all these beauties Nellie. Your flowering bushes are beautiful. It's amazing that they bloom despite the long cold winter we all endured this year.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Hugs,
JB
Pretty flowers. I have lots of knock out roses around my yard. No where near to blooming though.
ReplyDeleteYour plants are gorgeous, and you are much farther ahead with blooming things than we are. I have a new blog post too - finally.
ReplyDeleteJust look at all your beautiful blooms!! Your lovely plants and flowers have weathered the long winter very well. You are definitely much further ahead with all your blooms.
ReplyDeleteWow! Your flowers are gorgeous! Ours are just beginning to bud, so it will probably be a couple of weeks before we see blooms like that!
ReplyDeleteCan't Wait!
Blessings
Linda
Wow Nellie spring has definitely sprung there for you! Rich and vibrant colors everywhere. We're bloomed here in KY but not as bloomed as you are yet. I think we're a couple of weeks behind :)
