I realize there may be a follower or two who has yet to celebrate a 44th birthday, but for those of you who have, do you have anything still hanging in your closet from 44 years ago?:-)

ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! I am not surprised that you still have your wedding gown, but it has been many years since I've seen that lovely going-away dress and the shoes that matched it perfectly! You were a beautiful bride, and you two have had a wonderful life together. Congratulations, and enjoy your special day! Love you both, Sister!

ReplyDeleteI do. I have a dress from when I was sixteen. Aqua color with a little bolero. A sheath dress. Silver studding on the bolero. Very quietly done. And a skirt. Was my waist really THAT small???
ReplyDeleteLOVE seeing your wedding dress and headpiece. The shoes too. T straps! That looks like a late 60's dress, the going away? No..had to be the 70's...
