Before it's gone....

January is quickly speeding past us!  Before it is time to change the table decor, I'd like to share a  picture of a very simple January dining table.

January seems to call for blue to me, and I enjoy seeing the blue, white, and silver during the month that follows the red and green of Christmas.  This table will soon give way to another month and another decor.  Are you ready for February?  The red returns!:-)

  1. Your blue and white is lovely, Nellie. I can hardly believe January is almost gone! I switched to my Hearts and Flowers dishes today in preparation for February. The Friendly Village dishes are back in the cabinet. Your white dishes are beautiful and I like the little snowman napkin ring. ♥

  2. Almost February. How did THAT happen? I finally got my butt outside today (it is 40 degrees- 27 degrees above our normal this time of year) and took down my Christmas garlands and decorations. Sure feels good to have that done..AND I broke the ice up off our back porch and got that all shoveled off. Feeling good about going into February now. lol xo Diana

  3. Well, I must say that your January table is most cheery, with that snowman in the middle! Let's see....with three family birthdays in February, will I ever REALLY be ready? LOL Have a lovely afternoon, Sister! There's a nice breeze blowing off the Gulf this afternoon, and it's a really pretty day! Love you!

  5. Your table looks pretty in blue. It's hard to believe how fast January came and went. It's been more like Spring again today withe the snow melting under a bright sun.

    Spring will soon be here.

  7. I love blue and white in Winter. It is clean and crisp and blends perfectly with the white stuff outside the window.

  11. Hi Nellie!
Thanks for checking in on me! I'm doing well now--my vision is improving day by day and I'm seeing so much that I've missed for years. I've been doing a lot of house cleaning because of that --lol! January has sped by! I like your snowman plate--we are getting a big snow storm as I write this.
