This is what those birthday cakes were like after they had been enjoyed.
Munchomom chose a Chocolate Truffle Cake from Martha Stewart's Cakes.
Country Girl chose a Citrus Surprise Grapefruit Cake from the King Arthur Flour website.
Much of the remaining cake made it out the door with the "birthday girls," thankfully.
It has been a joyous time!
Oh my! That chocolate cake looks too good for words.ReplyDelete

What beautiful cakes...I bet it was a good time too. Oh yes, after the fun times..I like others to take all the goodies home with them. LOL. Less temptation that way. . Merry Christmas Nellie. xoxo,SusieReplyDelete

A great way to celebrate such a special birthday for each of the girls! I agree that it was good to get those cakes out of the house, especially since you're being so diligent in keeping your weight down. I do hope you got a goodly slice of each while they were still there, though! Merry Christmas, Sister, and have a wonderful Christmas Eve! Love you and The Husband LOTS!ReplyDelete
