May’s project here has become on-going. The “new face” I thought that was needed in the bathroom after moving into our house seventeen years ago will take awhile before it’s totally picture ready.
Before....
During....
....and almost after....
We do like the change. That’s a good thing!:-) It’s also a good thing that the project had no need of interfering with any plumbing already in place and working well!
Have you had any special projects recently? This one has kept us indoors from the heat and out of the sun, so that’s been a good thing! It’s like summertime here now!
Staying cool....that’s the order of the day!
Take care!
Oh, I like the grey and white contrast, Nellie. Your bathroom project is coming along nicely. Yes, I've had all sorts of projects since moving to the mountains. It all takes time, but when each project is finished, there is a sense of completion, which is nice. It's good that your bathroom remodel didn't affect any of the plumbing. It's still Spring here, not too warm yet.

We have the white like you in our bathroom too, but the upper part is blue. I love it.
ReplyDeleteA change of color always makes a big difference. It's going to look lovely. It's been great weather to work outside here but the mosquitoes are a bit annoying.

Your bathroom is looking lovely, Nellie. I really like the bead board wall. Our project for last week involved power washing the patio before putting down our outdoor rug. Today we enjoyed relaxing there while our daughter and son-in-law were visiting.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Sister, you and The Husband have been really busy with that facelift, and it's paying off nicely. You'll have other family members who'll be pleasantly surprised by this new look, and I'm sure you'll be happy with all the work you did to bring it together. As you know, I'm in an apartment, so my biggest project is to stay cool, and I'm doing that like a pro! Love you!
ReplyDeleteHello Nellie. Be sure to share a photo of the finished bathroom! Congratulations on that project. There are so many projects that need doing here that it's not funny but one day at a time. Take care and keep cool! Susan
