With the new month here, of course it was time to change the books, as well as other January things. I have several that I like to have out just in case I happen to sit down needing something to read.

Susan Branch, front and center! |

Joan Walsh Anglund is always appropriate. |

Just the right size. |

I am still reading Debbie Macomber's book, "One Simple Act." It is an easy read, and I will be giving a book review on it in March at a UMW Circle meeting. That means I need to be writing down some notes!
As the weather forecast indicates there is a big snowfall heading up the East coast, I am hoping you that live in that area will not have power outages, and will have a good book for curling up with when you are kept inside!
Thank you for reading. I appreciate your comments.
Good morning, Sister! There is just NO substitute for a good book, especially when a power outage limits our internet connection! Enjoy your day! :-) xoxo

ReplyDeleteNellie, You have the sweetest collection of books. Sometimes, I put out books, around where I usually sit at the end of the day. I change them out too. Hope you have a great day and stay safe. xoxo,Susie

I love Debbie Macomber's books. She writes stories that always have a happy ending. I love that.
ReplyDeleteI've read a few of Macomber books and really liked them. The ones I've read had knitting patterns and I've made a couple of them.
ReplyDeleteNellie, I can't believe it. I have a couple of those books.....For You with Love, Susan Branch's, etc. Isn't that a riot? Take care. Susan
