Happy Wednesday to you! Do you feel that the week is passing quickly? Are you having enough time to work on your goals for the week?
I mentioned in the last post that we had some strawberries that had come our way by way of a neighbor. Some of them were used in this cake.

Such delicious Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream!
Is there anything more refreshing on a warm summer day than a dish of ice cream?!?:-)
Thank you for reading. I really appreciate your comments.
Oh all of it is so yummy. I love strawberries. Though I admit, I have never used them in cobbler.
ReplyDeleteThe ice cream makes me want to get out my freezer. Have a nice day.
my husband would love this. i hate ice cream! the cake still looks good though!
ReplyDeleteI have observed that strawberry ANYTHING is good!! All of your treats look simply scrumptious! I might need to get that strawberry ice cream recipe from you some day, when it's convenient. Have a wonderful afternoon!
ReplyDeleteHi Nellie, It all looks good and tempting but I can't eat strawberries. I've developped a severe allergy to them and I only can look at them and drool. lol I remember how good they tasted.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
JB
Fresh strawberry cobbler and homemade ice cream, what could be more delicious ...except maybe the cake :)
