Try this!
I used french vanilla pudding for an increased flavor. Also, no Cool Whip in this one! Have you read the ingredients label on that product? I whipped up whipping cream instead. In my never-ceassing quest to bring no high fructose corn syrup over our doorstep, I used Back to Nature Madagascar Vanilla wafers.
This went to a covered-dish luncheon we had after our church service on Sunday. A couple of servings now remain.:-)
The order of the day here is to stay cool and hydrated! Off to a busy Monday!
Yum! That is perfect for a hot summer's day.... I LOVE Vanilla wafers!
ReplyDeleteI bet my girls would love to help with this recipe. Especially, Josie. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOh, that looks totally luscious, and I'm sure The Husband is not unhappy that a few servings came home with you! Have a marvelous Monday afternoon, Sister, and by all means, stay hydrated and as cool as possible! Happy to have working a/c in our apartment this season! :-)
ReplyDeleteHere it's not hot enough for ice cream yet. In fact the temperature dropped a few notches.
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely. I think whip cream is just wonderful. I have that same feeling about Cool Whip now. Have a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious. I've never liked cool whip!
ReplyDeleteYou're like me. I read every ingredients on packages and I stay away from processed foods. I like making things from scratch. The desert does sounds good.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
JB
Yum! I love Banana pudding! I always think of my grandmother when I even hear a mention of it. That and pound cake and chocolate pie!
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to believe that any servings remain. :-)
