Enjoying the green....

....around our house.

Tomatoes!

More tomatoes!

Blackberries!

More blackberries!

Grapes!

Blueberries!

More blueberries!

More grapes!

Now we are just waiting for everything to grow and ripen!  A couple of things are ripening now!

Blackberries transplanted when we moved.

A lone raspberry.  We don't have many growing.

Do you have a vegetable garden?  What is growing there at this point?

Thank you for reading.  I really appreciate your comments.

  2. Well, I do not have any garden space here at the apartment, and even if I did, I probably would not have the ambition to grow anything! Everything is looking very lovely at your place, and I'm happy for you! All that rain we had earlier seems to have done a good job of making the soil ready for your planting, even though you had to delay it because of the wetness. Have a great day!

  3. Nellie, No wonder you bake so much...all those berries. Don't forget to tease, er, I mean show us the baked goodies. LOL Hope you are enjoying life. We are still at that walkway. As you know we are going slowly, because of the heat. A big glass of lemonade sounds so good. xoxo,Susie

  9. No garden this year, but I'm sure we will have a go at one next year when we are all settled in our new home. : )

There are a lot of berries at HT but and they are on sticker bushes. Not sure what kind of berries they are.

I'm surprised to see you have tomatoes already!!

  10. Wow, that's quite an assortment of berries.

I have no berries growing in my gardens and for the first time ever, not even any vegetables either. I bought 4 tiny tomato plants and they are still waiting to be transplanted. My husband has planted some squash for the Church supper and some potatoes. Everything is late this year.

  12. I have some pots this year instead. I miss my old garden. It's not the same, but I do enjoy the green around the house. And I love to mow the lawn. Lovely pics, Nellie.
