What's for dinner?

Good Wednesday morning to you!  We have a cold, frosty morning here, and a busy day is ahead for me.  So, my choice for dinner tonight is a recipe from Munchomom for Slow-cooker Meat Loaf.

Ready to begin cooking!

SLOW-COOKER MEATLOAF
2 pounds ground beef (I used ground sirloin).
2/3 cup oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
- Mix together and shape into a loaf in the slow-cooker.  Cook on low for eight hours.
I added a little salt since I was using low sodium pasta sauce.  Also, I added a little pepper.

I hope you are having a good week.  This time of year can easily become very busy.  I think it is important that we give ourselves time to slow down and enjoy the beauty of this season!

Thank you for reading.  I really appreciate your comments.

    Hugs,
