Congratulations... your very own grapes. I would have a hard time to wait until they were completely ripen too. Those birds probably are just anxious to get to them. Hugs, JB
Nellie, They are beautiful. Are you going to make some jelly? As a kid I remember eating some of the neighbor's grapes and there were always spiders in the vines. YIKES. :) Be careful. Bless you, xoxo,Susie
How lovely to see some of your very own grapes! I hope there will be enough for you to do something wonderful with them, but if not, then just eating them will be wonderful enough! Have a great day, Sister!
Ooooh, yum! Do you ever have them frozen? Not only do they taste great frozen, but they also make excellent ice cubes and don't dilute your drink. I've heard they are great for chilling wine, but I'm not a wine drinker.
Congratulations! How very very exciting!

ReplyDeleteHow exciting!! Soon you will have enough to make jam
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely grapes! You know I never saw your American Girl post until just now.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what one of those stores are. What are they Nellie?
Oh harvest is starting! I love it. Early signs of autumn.
ReplyDeleteNow nice to have your own grapes.
ReplyDeleteWe passed MANY grape fields in NY on the way to my moms and counted more than 40 wineries.
Oh, how I'd love to have grapes grow in my yard. Favorite Young Man has an orange tree, but I don't know if the oranges are edible.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
