This recipe is from the March 2013 Everyday Food leaflet that arrived with my issue of Living Magazine.
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 orange, seeded and cut into quarters
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
- Add ingredients, in order listed, to blender. Blend until desired consistency.

We love Smoothies in the summer.. Since we eat soup in the winter, we usually enjoy the smoothies for lunch in the summer. However, until a couple of days this week, we haven't had any hot weather much yet. SO--we're still eating soup and not smoothies yet. I'll bet we switch soon...ReplyDelete
