When I'm 93....

Yesterday we (my husband and one of our daughters) traveled two hours away to visit with their 93-year old cousin.  When we arrived, she had this skillet of cornbread already turned over onto a plate, waiting on us!:-)  When I'm 93, I hope I am able to do as well!

Thank you for reading, and I appreciate your comments as well!

  1. How sweet of her to have that waiting for you! She must know how much your DH enjoys fresh cornbread! Hmmmmm....I'm wondering whether I'll even make it to 93!

  4. Yes, how wonderful to do so well at 93! :) I'm happy to meet you--I "found" you over at Lisa's blog. :) Happy holidays to you, and I'm happy to be following along now. And bless you for having been a school teacher! I taught middle school briefly and came away from it infinitely more impressed by good teachers. You are a treasure.

Happy new year to you and yours, Nellie, :)
