In the heat of the summer....

In the heat of the summer, the garden keeps growing!:-)  We have been enjoying fresh green beans, zucchini, and potatoes.  Surely other "goodies" are not too far behind.  Let's see how some other things look.

The corn has tassels.

Some ears are developing!

Still waiting on these tomatoes to ripen....

....while these have been ripe for awhile.

Another variety of beans.

Is that a melon I see?

Blueberries are ripe!

So, The Husband has been picking green beans this morning.  They are awaiting the next step, so I suppose I need to get busy there.:-)

I wish everyone a good Monday and hope all is well with you!

Welcome to the new follower!  Thank you for coming along.  I really enjoy your comments.

  1. All those fresh vegetables are making my mouth water :)
You have a wondeful garden, we have lots of deer, which make it virtually impossible to grow a garden into the end product.
The deer think we plant it solely for their convenience ;0
    Stay cool !

  2. Nellie, Your garden looks very nice. Enjoy your labors:):) Smiles, Susie

  3. Ah there's nothing like eating fresh food right out of the garden. : )

  4. It's all looking really good! The Husband is doing a great job keeping up with everything, and you will be VERY busy for several weeks, but it's wonderful to have all these fresh veggies and berries to enjoy. Thanks for sharing these lovely pictures with us!

  5. wow...your stuff looks great! my blueberries are blue but small and sour because we have had NO rain. finally my tomatoes are showing some color. i don't know what we will do if we don't get rain one of these days!

  9. My garden is so confused Nellie. Although I have little for the table in it but, it is still confused. Our weather can't decide whether it wants to stay up or down, lol...

Everything looks fabulous. I too am drooling and waiting...
