This pumpkin muffin is perfect with a pot of tea - or even on its own!:-) I actually served them for breakfast.
I will mention that I did omit the raisins this time as there were those present who don't care for the inclusion of raisins in baked goods.
Enjoy!
Oh that looks so pretty and yummy. (I love raisins) but it still looks yummy without them. The only thing missing is another one for me and a cup of tea. lol...
ReplyDeleteHave a great day. Hugs

'Tis the season for all things pumpkin, and those muffins do look delicious, with or without the raisins! Have one for me, please, Sister, and enjoy it without guilt!
ReplyDeleteLooks good.
ReplyDeleteI make pumpkin bread and never thought to put raisins in it. I think I'd like that as well as the pecans I put in. Thanks for the idea. : )
Ooh this looks delicious, I love the moistness of anything pumpkin.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your recipe Nellie, I'm going to give them a try.

Now I would love to be sitting in the chair beside sipping tea and eating those. Hug B
ReplyDeleteNellie, These muffins sound very good. I love muffins better than pie or cake. Pumpkin flavor is also one of all time favorites. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteNot one single person in my family likes raisins. Isn't that crazy? None of my grandkids liked them either...my kids used to eat them by the handful.
ReplyDeleteYour muffins sound wonderful! xo Diana
I'd LOVE to try pumpkin muffins with my pumpkin tea!
