Would you think....

....about making chili with pumpkin as one of the ingredients?  Try this one!  It has become a favorite here!


It can be made ahead of time - even frozen - and reheated in the crockpot!  A perfect choice for serving on a busy week-end!

  2. I may just try this recipe. I don't have turkey meat today but I have the pumpkin puree. I'll substitute the turkey with Italian sausages. I think it will work.

    Thanks for the recipe Nellie. I never let the missing ingredients stop me from making a recipe as I often substitute ingredients.
