I lifted the curtain on the right side to try to show a picture of what things looked like underneath, but there was not enough light. You are able to see the shelves at the left. Underneath, there are fairy lights around the frame!
This shows the steps that come down from the top:
Munchkin the Second is a true "girly-girl," and she chose this lovely shade for the walls in her room last year.
Yes, she loves pink and purple! She loves horses as well!:-)
Machoman says that he built in this way in case she decided to take it to college with her!:-) It is certainly a very sturdy loft bed!
I notice I have added an extra follower! Thank you so much for coming along with us!

Oh, how adorable!!! Machoman is very talented to build such a lovely area for his precious daughter, and she will enjoy that for a very long time! Have a terrific Tuesday, Sister! :-)ReplyDelete
Nellie, I love the bed and the curtains. This is the bed Emma wanted. Papaw was too busy at the time...so we bought her a bed and it has a futon at the bottom....Now she thinks her bedroom looks like an apartment and she loves it. She's so funny.Blessings for a good day today. xoxo,SusieReplyDelete

What a neat bed --with all kinds of places to store her STUFF... I'm sure that little gal loves her special bed.... I was never a girly girl---but I do love the colors and the bed.ReplyDelete
Thinking of you, my Friend.
The perfect bed with a special spot for playing. What fun!ReplyDelete

What a handy father to built one for his daughter. She must be so proud of her daddy.
I would have loved to have this bed when I was a kid. Love the colors too.ReplyDelete
What a great idea. They are always looking for lofts at College. So she'll be a step ahead when the time comes. Very ingenious!ReplyDelete
