Looking for green....

Winter seems to be giving us a "return engagement."  How long has that green grass been covered by snow where you are?

You may be looking for some green.  Here is some of what I have found around my house.

Isn't she a cute Irish lass?

Happy to be Irish!

Is that a look of innocence?  Who?  Me?

"Anywhere I hang my hat is home!"

Uh, oh!  Where is that leprechaun?  Has he left his hat behind - or - did has he hidden somewhere in the house?

Have a good Thursday!

Thank you for reading.  I really appreciate your comments.

  1. I love your cute little green friends! You have an amazing number of "pretties" for every season, and you use them well to make the place cheery. We saw a "dusting" of the white stuff last night, but it has left the grass and is lying only on cars this morning. Sun looks beautiful, but that air is chilly!!! Have a lovely day, Sister!

  5. Very cute things, Nellie. Our snow is mostly gone, except for some really huge piles in parking lots from the plows. I saw a robin yesterday morning pecking at the grass, which is more brown than anything. xo

  6. Your little green friends are so cute.

My ground here has been covered in snow since the first week in December. It was just beginning to all melt off until yesterday.
