More than a turkey or two....

As I look around me, it seems there are a few turkeys around.:-)

No worries here about Thanksgiving morning!

None here, either.:-)

Just a Thanksgiving themed assortment.

This one makes a good stand for the candle.

The platter awaits that turkey!

Might this one be waiting for some turkey mints?

I hope your week is off to a good beginning.  Our week-end gave us some rain - 1 1/2 inches from Sunday afternoon through the night.  Yesterday the sun was bright and the skies were blue!

I send my thoughts and prayers to those who were affected by those storms that passed across the midwest on Sunday afternoon.  There is much recovering and rebuilding to be done!

Thank you for reading.  I really appreciate your comments.

  1. I love your adorable turkeys! I used to have a magnetic one that would say "gobble, gobble" when he was pressed, and he was lots of fun to have around, but he has become lost in the shuffle of one of our moves, so his voice is silenced. :-(

I am also praying for those affected by those devastating storms Sunday, as well as those in the Philippines who are still dealing with so much loss. We are blessed indeed. Have a terrific Tuesday, Sister!!

  5. I love your Thanksgiving decorations! I already decorated for Christmas so I think I skipped the Thanksgiving decor. Next year I'll do one at a time :)

  6. Sorry, I messed up my comment. I'm thinking of the people who were hit by the storms too and the poor people in the Philippine too yet it's right to celebrate Thanksgiving. Cute turkeys.
    Happy Thanksgiving.

  9. There's a few turkeys around here, too... of the human variety! LOL!

I hate watching the news and imagining what those poor people are going through. So, so sad.
